I am so excited about the Healthy Games online Health Challenge, starting next Monday! It’s simple, fun and for anyone wanting to improve their health – whether that means you need to lose weight or simply sharpen your health habits.
It’s the perfect time to get back on track after the holidays as we head into 2015.
I loved the challenge we did in September and over 80% of the challengers said, “YES! I am in again!”
